Sana sana

Sana Sana is a counseling brand with a team of mental health providers who support adults and adolescents in Texas. They focus on mental health concerns like grief, trauma, and anxiety, with a focus on young adults, communities of color, immigrants, and children of immigrants navigating bilingual family dynamics.

The name is inspired by a Spanish rhyme “Sana, sana, colita de rana. Si no sanas hoy, sanarás mañana.” Commonly used to soothe physical or emotional pain.

I was tasked with creating a brand that incorporates this phrase and maintains a modern, approachable view of therapy.
